### sec.63 Unsuitability to hold provisional registration Section 55 applies to a decision by a National Board that an individual is not a suitable person to hold provisional registration in a health profession. For the purposes of subsection (1) , a reference in section 55 to general registration in the health profession is taken to be a reference to provisional registration in the health profession.
