### sec.60 Unsuitability to hold specialist registration
Section 55 applies to the making of a decision by a National Board that an individual is not a suitable person to hold specialist registration in a recognised specialty.
For the purposes of subsection (1) , a reference in section 55 to—
general registration in the health profession is taken to be a reference to specialist registration in a recognised specialty; and
the health profession is taken to be a reference to the recognised specialty.
(sec.60-ssec.1) Section 55 applies to the making of a decision by a National Board that an individual is not a suitable person to hold specialist registration in a recognised specialty.
(sec.60-ssec.2) For the purposes of subsection (1) , a reference in section 55 to— general registration in the health profession is taken to be a reference to specialist registration in a recognised specialty; and the health profession is taken to be a reference to the recognised specialty.
- (a) general registration in the health profession is taken to be a reference to specialist registration in a recognised specialty; and
- (b) the health profession is taken to be a reference to the recognised specialty.
