### sec.35B Insertion of new s 159EA
National Law provisions, after section 159E —
insert—
This section applies if—
a regulatory body issues an interim prohibition order to an unregistered person under section 159C; and
either—
the interim prohibition order is issued in relation to the person’s conduct occurring in this jurisdiction; or
the person’s principal place of residence is in this jurisdiction.
The regulatory body must, within 7 days after issuing the interim prohibition order, give the health ombudsman a written notice about the interim prohibition order.
The notice must include the following—
the name of the unregistered person;
details of the health service or health services to which the interim prohibition order relates, if any;
the day on which the interim prohibition order starts;
details of the grounds on which the interim prohibition order was issued.

(sec.35B-frag-sec.159EA-ssec.1) This section applies if— a regulatory body issues an interim prohibition order to an unregistered person under section 159C; and either— the interim prohibition order is issued in relation to the person’s conduct occurring in this jurisdiction; or the person’s principal place of residence is in this jurisdiction.

- (b) either— (i) the interim prohibition order is issued in relation to the person’s conduct occurring in this jurisdiction; or (ii) the person’s principal place of residence is in this jurisdiction.
- (i) the interim prohibition order is issued in relation to the person’s conduct occurring in this jurisdiction; or
- (ii) the person’s principal place of residence is in this jurisdiction.
- (i) the interim prohibition order is issued in relation to the person’s conduct occurring in this jurisdiction; or
