### sec.316 Period after participation day during which an individual does not commit an offence under ss 113 and 116
This section applies if an individual eligible for registration in paramedicine—
has not applied to the Paramedicine Board for registration in paramedicine before the participation day; and
takes or uses a title, or does anything else, relating to paramedicine, that would contravene section 113 or 116.
An individual may be qualified for general registration in paramedicine under section 311 or 312.
The individual does not commit an offence against section 113 or 116 during the period of 90 days after the participation day.

(sec.316-ssec.1) This section applies if an individual eligible for registration in paramedicine— has not applied to the Paramedicine Board for registration in paramedicine before the participation day; and takes or uses a title, or does anything else, relating to paramedicine, that would contravene section 113 or 116. An individual may be qualified for general registration in paramedicine under section 311 or 312.
(sec.316-ssec.2) The individual does not commit an offence against section 113 or 116 during the period of 90 days after the participation day.
