### sec.286 Applications for endorsement This section applies if, immediately before the participation day for a participating jurisdiction, an application for endorsement or renewal of an endorsement of a registration in a health profession had been made to a local registration authority for the jurisdiction but not decided. From the participation day, the application is taken to have been made under this Law to the National Board for the health profession.
