### sec.282 First renewal of registration or endorsement This section applies if— a health practitioner’s registration or endorsement expires under section 280; and the National Board decides to renew the health practitioner’s registration or endorsement under section 112. Despite section 112(6), the National Board may decide that the period for which the registration or endorsement is renewed is a period of not more than 2 years.
