### sec.266 Delegation
This section applies if, under the repealed Law—
a National Health Practitioner Board had delegated any of its functions to a committee or the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and the delegation was in force immediately before the commencement day; or
the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency had subdelegated a function delegated to it by a National Health Practitioner Board to a member of the Agency’s staff and the subdelegation was in force immediately before the commencement day.
From the commencement day, the delegation or subdelegation continues as if it were a delegation or subdelegation under this Law.
(sec.266-ssec.1) This section applies if, under the repealed Law— a National Health Practitioner Board had delegated any of its functions to a committee or the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and the delegation was in force immediately before the commencement day; or the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency had subdelegated a function delegated to it by a National Health Practitioner Board to a member of the Agency’s staff and the subdelegation was in force immediately before the commencement day.
(sec.266-ssec.2) From the commencement day, the delegation or subdelegation continues as if it were a delegation or subdelegation under this Law.
- (a) a National Health Practitioner Board had delegated any of its functions to a committee or the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and the delegation was in force immediately before the commencement day; or
- (b) the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency had subdelegated a function delegated to it by a National Health Practitioner Board to a member of the Agency’s staff and the subdelegation was in force immediately before the commencement day.
