### sec.245 National regulations
The Ministerial Council may make regulations for the purposes of this Law.
The regulations may provide for any matter that is necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Law.
The regulations are to be published by the Victorian Government Printer in accordance with the arrangements for the publication of the making of regulations in Victoria.
A regulation commences on the day or days specified in the regulation for its commencement (being not earlier than the date it is published).
In this section—
Victorian Government Printer means the person appointed to be the Government Printer for Victoria under section 72 of the Constitution Act 1975 of Victoria.
(sec.245-ssec.1) The Ministerial Council may make regulations for the purposes of this Law.
(sec.245-ssec.2) The regulations may provide for any matter that is necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Law.
(sec.245-ssec.3) The regulations are to be published by the Victorian Government Printer in accordance with the arrangements for the publication of the making of regulations in Victoria.
