### sec.241A Proceedings for indictable offences
An offence against any of the following provisions is an indictable offence—
Division 10 of Part 7 ;
section 159O (1) ;
section 196A (1) .
A proceeding for an indictable offence may be taken—
by way of a summary proceeding before a court of summary jurisdiction; or
on indictment.
Subsection (2) applies subject to another law of the participating jurisdiction in which the proceeding is started.

(sec.241A-ssec.1) An offence against any of the following provisions is an indictable offence— Division 10 of Part 7 ; section 159O (1) ; section 196A (1) .
(sec.241A-ssec.2) A proceeding for an indictable offence may be taken— by way of a summary proceeding before a court of summary jurisdiction; or on indictment.
