### sec.241A Proceedings for indictable offences An offence against any of the following provisions is an indictable offence— Division 10 of Part 7 ; section 159O (1) ; section 196A (1) . A proceeding for an indictable offence may be taken— by way of a summary proceeding before a court of summary jurisdiction; or on indictment.
