### sec.202 Decision After hearing the matter, the responsible tribunal may— confirm the appellable decision; or amend the appellable decision; or substitute another decision for the appellable decision. In substituting another decision for the appellable decision, the responsible tribunal has the same powers as the entity that made the appellable decision.
