### sec.185 Procedure of panel
Subject to this Division, a panel may decide its own procedures.
A panel is required to observe the principles of natural justice but is not bound by the rules of evidence.
A panel may have regard to—
a report prepared by an assessor about the registered health practitioner or student; and
any other information the panel considers relevant to the hearing of the matter.
(sec.185-ssec.1) Subject to this Division, a panel may decide its own procedures.
