### sec.183 List of approved persons for appointment to panels
A National Board may appoint individuals to a list of persons approved to be appointed as members of panels.
To the extent practicable, individuals appointed under subsection (1) should not—
for registered health practitioners, be individuals whose principal place of practice is in a co-regulatory jurisdiction; or
otherwise, be individuals who live in a co-regulatory jurisdiction.
(sec.183-ssec.1) A National Board may appoint individuals to a list of persons approved to be appointed as members of panels.
(sec.183-ssec.2) To the extent practicable, individuals appointed under subsection (1) should not— for registered health practitioners, be individuals whose principal place of practice is in a co-regulatory jurisdiction; or otherwise, be individuals who live in a co-regulatory jurisdiction.
- (a) for registered health practitioners, be individuals whose principal place of practice is in a co-regulatory jurisdiction; or
- (b) otherwise, be individuals who live in a co-regulatory jurisdiction.
