### sec.173 Assessor may require information or attendance
For the purposes of conducting an assessment of a registered health practitioner or student, an assessor may, by written notice given to the practitioner or student, require the practitioner or student to—
give stated information to the assessor within a stated reasonable time and in a stated reasonable way; or
attend before the assessor at a stated time and a stated place to undergo the assessment.
