### sec.159B Definitions
In this Division—
interim prohibition order , in relation to an individual named in the order, means an order in relation to any or all of the following—
prohibiting the individual from doing either or both of the following—
providing a specified health service or all health services;
taking or using a specified title or any title protected under Subdivision 1 of Division 10 of Part 7 ;
imposing restrictions on the provision of a specified health service or all health services by the individual.
relevant provision means any of the following provisions—
section 113 ;
sections 115 to 119 ;
sections 121 to 123 ;
section 133 ;
section 136 .

- (a) prohibiting the individual from doing either or both of the following— (i) providing a specified health service or all health services; (ii) taking or using a specified title or any title protected under Subdivision 1 of Division 10 of Part 7 ;
- (i) providing a specified health service or all health services;

- (b) imposing restrictions on the provision of a specified health service or all health services by the individual.
