### sec.152 National Board to give notice of receipt of notification
A National Board must, as soon as practicable after receiving a notification about a registered health practitioner or student, give written notice of the notification to the practitioner or student.
The notice must advise the registered health practitioner or student of the nature of the notification.
Despite subsection (1) , the National Board is not required to give the registered health practitioner or student notice of the notification if the Board reasonably believes doing so would—
prejudice an investigation of the notification; or
place at risk a person’s health or safety or place a person at risk of intimidation or harassment.
(sec.152-ssec.1) A National Board must, as soon as practicable after receiving a notification about a registered health practitioner or student, give written notice of the notification to the practitioner or student.
(sec.152-ssec.2) The notice must advise the registered health practitioner or student of the nature of the notification.
