### sec.146 How notification is made
A notification may be made to the National Agency—
verbally, including by telephone; or
in writing, including by email or other electronic means.
A notification must include particulars of the basis on which it is made.
If a notification is made verbally, the National Agency must make a record of the notification.
(sec.146-ssec.1) A notification may be made to the National Agency— verbally, including by telephone; or in writing, including by email or other electronic means.
(sec.146-ssec.2) A notification must include particulars of the basis on which it is made.
(sec.146-ssec.3) If a notification is made verbally, the National Agency must make a record of the notification.
