### sec.145 Who may make voluntary notification Any entity that believes that a ground on which a voluntary notification may be made exists in relation to a registered health practitioner or a student may notify the National Agency. See section 237 which provides protection from civil, criminal and administrative liability for persons who, in good faith, make a notification under this Law.
