### sec.112A Application of Subdivision This Subdivision applies if, during a period (the suspension period ) in which a person’s registration in a health profession is suspended under this Law, the person’s registration would have ended if the person were not suspended. Section 108 (2) does not apply to a registration to which this Subdivision applies. sch s 112A ins 2022 No. 22 s 80 (sec.112A-ssec.1) This Subdivision applies if, during a period (the suspension period ) in which a person’s registration in a health profession is suspended under this Law, the person’s registration would have ended if the person were not suspended.
