### sec.107 Application for renewal of registration or endorsement
A registered health practitioner may apply to the National Board established for the practitioner’s health profession for renewal of the health practitioner’s registration.
An application for renewal of a registered health practitioner’s registration must be made not later than one month after the practitioner’s period of registration ends.
If the registered health practitioner’s registration has been endorsed by the National Board, the application for renewal of the practitioner’s registration is taken to also be an application for a renewal of the endorsement.
The application for renewal of registration must—
be in the form approved by the National Board; and
be accompanied by the relevant fee; and
if the application for renewal is made after the registered health practitioner’s period of registration ends, be accompanied by the relevant fee for a late application; and
be accompanied by the annual statement required under section 109 ; and
be accompanied by any other information reasonably required by the Board.
