### sec.104 Notice of decision to be given to applicant
As soon as practicable after making the decision under section 102 , the National Board must—
give the applicant written notice of the Board’s decision; and
if the Board decides to endorse the applicant’s registration, give the applicant a new certificate of registration.
If the Board decides not to endorse the applicant’s registration or decides to endorse the applicant’s registration subject to a condition, the notice under subsection (1) (a) must state—
the reasons for the decision; and
that the applicant may appeal against the decision; and
how an application for appeal may be made and the period within which the application must be made.
