### sch-sec.4-oc.3 Vacancy in office
The office of the chief executive officer of the National Agency becomes vacant if—
the chief executive officer resigns the officer’s office by written instrument addressed to the Chairperson of the Agency Board; or
the appointment of the chief executive officer is terminated by the Agency Board under this clause.
The Agency Board may, at any time and for any reason, terminate the appointment of the chief executive officer of the National Agency by written notice given to the chief executive officer.

(sch-sec.4-oc.3-ssec.1) The office of the chief executive officer of the National Agency becomes vacant if— the chief executive officer resigns the officer’s office by written instrument addressed to the Chairperson of the Agency Board; or the appointment of the chief executive officer is terminated by the Agency Board under this clause.
