### sch-sec.33 Repealed Law provisions not revived If a provision of this Law is repealed or amended by a Queensland Act, or a provision of a Queensland Act, the provision is not revived merely because the Queensland Act or the provision of the Queensland Act— is later repealed or amended; or later expires. - (a) is later repealed or amended; or - (b) later expires.
