### sch-sec.21-oc.2 False or misleading documents
A person must not give an inspector a document containing information the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular.
Maximum penalty—
in the case of an individual—$5,000; or
in the case of a body corporate—$10,000.
Subclause (1) does not apply to a person who, when giving the document—
informs the inspector, to the best of the person’s ability, how it is false or misleading; and
gives the correct information to the inspector if the person has, or can reasonably obtain, the correct information.
