### sch-sec.20 False or misleading information
A person must not state anything to an investigator that the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular.
Maximum penalty—
in the case of an individual—$5,000; or
in the case of a body corporate—$10,000.
- (a) in the case of an individual—$5,000; or
- (b) in the case of a body corporate—$10,000.
