### sch-sec.12-oc.3 Securing seized things Having seized a thing, an investigator may— move the thing from the place where it was seized; or leave the thing at the place where it was seized but take reasonable action to restrict access to it. - (a) move the thing from the place where it was seized; or - (b) leave the thing at the place where it was seized but take reasonable action to restrict access to it.
