### sec.87 Failure to answer questions
A person of whom a requirement is made under section 85 (3) (f) must comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
It is a reasonable excuse for an individual to fail to comply with the requirement because complying with the requirement might tend to incriminate the individual.
