### sec.84C Defect in relation to a warrant
A warrant is not invalidated by a defect in—
the warrant; or
compliance with this subdivision;
unless the defect affects the substance of the warrant in a material particular.

(sec.84C-ssec) A warrant is not invalidated by a defect in— the warrant; or compliance with this subdivision; unless the defect affects the substance of the warrant in a material particular.
- (a) the warrant; or
- (b) compliance with this subdivision;
