### sec.64 Use of information obtained under this part
This section applies to the chief executive in considering information about a person received under this part.
The information must not be used for any purpose other than assessing the person’s suitability to work with animals or people with a disability.
When making the assessment, the chief executive must have regard to the following matters relating to information about the commission of an offence by the person—
when the offence was committed;
the nature of the offence and its relevance to the person’s ability to work with animals or people with a disability;
a written representation, if any, made to the chief executive under section 63 (2) (b) ;
anything else the chief executive considers relevant to the assessment of the person.
(sec.64-ssec.1) This section applies to the chief executive in considering information about a person received under this part.
(sec.64-ssec.2) The information must not be used for any purpose other than assessing the person’s suitability to work with animals or people with a disability.
(sec.64-ssec.3) When making the assessment, the chief executive must have regard to the following matters relating to information about the commission of an offence by the person— when the offence was committed; the nature of the offence and its relevance to the person’s ability to work with animals or people with a disability; a written representation, if any, made to the chief executive under section 63 (2) (b) ; anything else the chief executive considers relevant to the assessment of the person.
