### sec.62 Chief executive may obtain report from commissioner of the police service This section applies to the following persons— an approved trainer; an employee trainer; a person to whom a consent to a criminal history check relates. The chief executive may ask the commissioner of the police service to give the chief executive the following information about the person— a written report about the person’s criminal history; a brief description of the circumstances of a conviction mentioned in the person’s criminal history. The commissioner of the police service must comply with the request. However, the duty imposed on the commissioner of the police service to comply with the request applies only to information in the commissioner’s possession or to which the commissioner has access.
