### sec.45A Record of handler’s identity cards
An approved trainer or approved training institution must keep a record of all handler’s identity cards issued by the trainer or institution.
The record must state the following for each handler’s identity card—
the name of the person to whom the card was issued;
a description of the handler’s dog;
the day the card was issued;
the day the card expires;
any other information prescribed by regulation.

(sec.45A-ssec.1) An approved trainer or approved training institution must keep a record of all handler’s identity cards issued by the trainer or institution.
(sec.45A-ssec.2) The record must state the following for each handler’s identity card— the name of the person to whom the card was issued; a description of the handler’s dog; the day the card was issued; the day the card expires; any other information prescribed by regulation.
- (a) the name of the person to whom the card was issued;
- (b) a description of the handler’s dog;
- (c) the day the card was issued;
- (d) the day the card expires;
- (e) any other information prescribed by regulation.
