### sec.18 Notification of decision
If the chief executive decides to grant an approval to the applicant, the chief executive must—
immediately give the applicant a notice of the decision; and
notify the name and category of the approved trainer or approved training institution in the gazette.
If the chief executive decides to impose conditions on the approval, the chief executive must immediately give the applicant an information notice for the decision.
If the chief executive decides to refuse to grant an approval to the applicant, the chief executive must immediately give the applicant an information notice for the decision.
(sec.18-ssec.1) If the chief executive decides to grant an approval to the applicant, the chief executive must— immediately give the applicant a notice of the decision; and notify the name and category of the approved trainer or approved training institution in the gazette.
(sec.18-ssec.2) If the chief executive decides to impose conditions on the approval, the chief executive must immediately give the applicant an information notice for the decision.
(sec.18-ssec.3) If the chief executive decides to refuse to grant an approval to the applicant, the chief executive must immediately give the applicant an information notice for the decision.
- (a) immediately give the applicant a notice of the decision; and
- (b) notify the name and category of the approved trainer or approved training institution in the gazette.
