### sec.100 Appointments and authority
The following must be presumed unless a party to the proceeding, by reasonable notice, requires proof of it—
the chief executive’s appointment;
an authorised officer’s appointment;
the authority of the chief executive or an authorised officer to do anything under this Act.
- (a) the chief executive’s appointment;
- (b) an authorised officer’s appointment;
- (c) the authority of the chief executive or an authorised officer to do anything under this Act.
