### sec.80ZU Review of ch 5B
The Disability Services Act 2006 , section 241 provides for the efficacy and efficiency of this chapter to be reviewed by the Minister and the Minister responsible for administering that Act, acting jointly.
The review must be conducted when the Disability Services Act 2006 is reviewed under section 240 of that Act.
