### sec.80ZO Who may apply for a containment or seclusion approval An application for a containment or seclusion approval may be made— if the department responsible for administering the Disability Services Act 2006 is not the relevant service provider to which the application relates—jointly by the chief executive (disability services) and the relevant service provider; or otherwise—by the chief executive (disability services). s 80ZO ins 2008 No. 23 s 22 amd 2020 No. 39 s 70 sch 1 - (a) if the department responsible for administering the Disability Services Act 2006 is not the relevant service provider to which the application relates—jointly by the chief executive (disability services) and the relevant service provider; or - (b) otherwise—by the chief executive (disability services).
