### sec.80ZM Requirement for public guardian to give notice of decision As soon as practicable after the public guardian decides to give, or refuse to give, an approval under this part, the public guardian must give written notice of the decision to the following— the relevant service provider; the adult; the tribunal; the chief executive (disability services); a guardian for a restrictive practice (general) matter for the adult; any other person consulted by the public guardian under section 80ZH (3) .
