### sec.73 Prescribed special health care
Subject to section 68 (2) , the tribunal may consent, for an adult with impaired capacity for the special health matter concerned, to the adult having prescribed special health care.
The tribunal may consent only if it is satisfied of the matters prescribed under a regulation.
