### sec.58 Relief from personal liability
This section applies if the court considers—
a guardian or administrator is, or may be, personally liable for a contravention of this Act; and
the guardian or administrator has acted honestly and reasonably and ought fairly to be excused for the contravention.
The court may relieve the guardian or administrator of all or part of the guardian’s or administrator’s personal liability for the contravention.

(sec.58-ssec.1) This section applies if the court considers— a guardian or administrator is, or may be, personally liable for a contravention of this Act; and the guardian or administrator has acted honestly and reasonably and ought fairly to be excused for the contravention.
(sec.58-ssec.2) The court may relieve the guardian or administrator of all or part of the guardian’s or administrator’s personal liability for the contravention.
- (a) a guardian or administrator is, or may be, personally liable for a contravention of this Act; and
- (b) the guardian or administrator has acted honestly and reasonably and ought fairly to be excused for the contravention.
