### sec.33 Power of guardian or administrator
Unless the tribunal orders otherwise, a guardian is authorised to do, in accordance with the terms of the guardian’s appointment, anything in relation to a personal matter that the adult could have done if the adult had capacity for the matter when the power is exercised.
Unless the tribunal orders otherwise, an administrator is authorised to do, in accordance with the terms of the administrator’s appointment, anything in relation to a financial matter that the adult could have done if the adult had capacity for the matter when the power is exercised.
For a guardian for a restrictive practice matter under chapter 5B , this section applies subject to sections 80ZE and 80ZF .

(sec.33-ssec.1) Unless the tribunal orders otherwise, a guardian is authorised to do, in accordance with the terms of the guardian’s appointment, anything in relation to a personal matter that the adult could have done if the adult had capacity for the matter when the power is exercised.
(sec.33-ssec.2) Unless the tribunal orders otherwise, an administrator is authorised to do, in accordance with the terms of the administrator’s appointment, anything in relation to a financial matter that the adult could have done if the adult had capacity for the matter when the power is exercised.
(sec.33-ssec.3) For a guardian for a restrictive practice matter under chapter 5B , this section applies subject to sections 80ZE and 80ZF .
