### sec.28 Periodic review of appointment
The tribunal must review an appointment of a guardian or administrator (other than the public trustee or a trustee company under the Trustee Companies Act 1968 )—
for an appointment made because an adult has impaired capacity for a matter but the tribunal does not consider the impaired capacity is permanent—in accordance with an order of the tribunal, but at least every 5 years; or
otherwise—at least every 5 years.
This section does not apply for a guardian for a restrictive practice matter under chapter 5B .

(sec.28-ssec.1) The tribunal must review an appointment of a guardian or administrator (other than the public trustee or a trustee company under the Trustee Companies Act 1968 )— for an appointment made because an adult has impaired capacity for a matter but the tribunal does not consider the impaired capacity is permanent—in accordance with an order of the tribunal, but at least every 5 years; or otherwise—at least every 5 years.
(sec.28-ssec.2) This section does not apply for a guardian for a restrictive practice matter under chapter 5B .
- (a) for an appointment made because an adult has impaired capacity for a matter but the tribunal does not consider the impaired capacity is permanent—in accordance with an order of the tribunal, but at least every 5 years; or
- (b) otherwise—at least every 5 years.
