### sec.27A Obligation to notify tribunal of particular circumstances
This section applies to an administrator appointed for an adult under section 12A if, during the term of the appointment, the administrator becomes aware—
the adult is alive; or
the adult has died.
The administrator must, as soon as practicable after becoming aware a circumstance mentioned in subsection (1) (a) or (b) exists, notify the tribunal in writing of the circumstance.

(sec.27A-ssec.1) This section applies to an administrator appointed for an adult under section 12A if, during the term of the appointment, the administrator becomes aware— the adult is alive; or the adult has died.
(sec.27A-ssec.2) The administrator must, as soon as practicable after becoming aware a circumstance mentioned in subsection (1) (a) or (b) exists, notify the tribunal in writing of the circumstance.
- (a) the adult is alive; or
- (b) the adult has died.
