### sec.266 Short term approvals not to be given during transitional period
Chapter 5B, part 4 does not apply during the transitional period.
In this section—
transitional period means the period starting on 1 July 2008 and ending on the date of assent of the Criminal History Screening Legislation Amendment Act 2010 .

(sec.266-ssec.1) Chapter 5B, part 4 does not apply during the transitional period.
