### sec.220 Annual report As soon as practicable after the close of each financial year but not later than 4 months after that close, the public advocate must— prepare a report on the performance of the public advocate’s functions during the year; and give a copy of the report to the Minister. The Minister must table a copy of the report in the Legislative Assembly within 14 sitting days after receiving the report.
