### sec.20 Financial management plan
Unless the tribunal orders otherwise, a person who agrees to a proposed appointment as an administrator must give a financial management plan to the tribunal, or its appropriately qualified nominee, for approval.
The tribunal, or its appropriately qualified nominee, may approve a financial management plan.
In this section—
appropriately qualified , for a nominee in relation to a financial management plan, means having the qualifications or experience appropriate to approve the plan.

(sec.20-ssec.1) Unless the tribunal orders otherwise, a person who agrees to a proposed appointment as an administrator must give a financial management plan to the tribunal, or its appropriately qualified nominee, for approval.
