### sec.164 Filing notice of appeal in particular circumstances If the tribunal makes 1 or more orders under section 157 postponing notifying, and giving a copy of, its decision for a specified period, the notice of appeal may be filed within 28 days after the later of the following days— the last day of the specified period or periods; the date of the written reasons for the tribunal’s decision. s 164 amd 2003 No. 87 s 34 ; 2008 No. 54 s 16 sub 2009 No. 24 s 1466 - (a) the last day of the specified period or periods; - (b) the date of the written reasons for the tribunal’s decision.
