### sec.138AA Directions to former attorney
At any hearing of a proceeding relating to an adult, the tribunal may give directions to a person who was formerly an attorney for a matter for the adult.
For disobeying a direction of the tribunal, see the QCAT Act , section 213 (1) .
However—
the directions may only be directions the tribunal considers necessary because of the ending of the person’s appointment as attorney for the matter; and
the directions may relate only to a matter for which the person was appointed as attorney immediately before the appointment ended.
In this section—
attorney means—
an attorney under a power of attorney; or
an attorney under an advance health directive.

(sec.138AA-ssec.3) In this section— attorney means— an attorney under a power of attorney; or an attorney under an advance health directive.

- (b) the directions may relate only to a matter for which the person was appointed as attorney immediately before the appointment ended.
