### sec.122 Withdrawal by leave This section applies if the tribunal gives leave to an applicant to withdraw an application under the QCAT Act , section 46 . The tribunal must give notice of the withdrawal to the parties to the proceeding that the tribunal considers should receive notice of the withdrawal. The QCAT Act , section 46 (2) does not apply to an applicant under this Act. s 122 sub 2003 No. 87 s 26 ; 2009 No. 24 s 1450 (sec.122-ssec.1) This section applies if the tribunal gives leave to an applicant to withdraw an application under the QCAT Act , section 46 . (sec.122-ssec.2) The tribunal must give notice of the withdrawal to the parties to the proceeding that the tribunal considers should receive notice of the withdrawal. (sec.122-ssec.3) The QCAT Act , section 46 (2) does not apply to an applicant under this Act.
