### sec.70 Definitions for div 1 In this division— college means a college established under section 39 of the pre-amended Act. commencement means the commencement of the section in which the term is used. Gold Coast college means the college established under the Griffith University Statute No. 1.1 (Establishment of a College of Griffith University) 1999 .
