### sec.95 Application of div 5 This division applies if— under this Act, the Minister is given a proposed later development plan for a geothermal lease for approval; or the Minister is considering an application under section 140 for approval of a proposed geothermal coordination arrangement. - (a) under this Act, the Minister is given a proposed later development plan for a geothermal lease for approval; or - (b) the Minister is considering an application under section 140 for approval of a proposed geothermal coordination arrangement.
