### sec.88 Plan period
The plan period for the proposed development plan must be for the following period from when the proposed geothermal lease is to take effect—
generally—5 years;
if the applicant is seeking a term of less than 5 years for the proposed geothermal lease—the duration of the proposed term.
- (a) generally—5 years;
