### sec.69 Potential geothermal commercial area still part of geothermal permit
A declaration of a potential geothermal commercial area does not change the land the subject of the declaration from being—
part of the area of the geothermal permit the subject of the application for the declaration; and
subject to the geothermal permit.
- (a) part of the area of the geothermal permit the subject of the application for the declaration; and
- (b) subject to the geothermal permit.
